Lots of talking in different languages this week. We met some Brazilians on a bus and talked to them for an hour or so. They talked in Portugese and we responded in Spanish, but we could actually understand one another pretty well. Then we taught a lesson in English, and we met a few other people who talked to us in English. Fun stuff.
Yohanna had her baptism this weekend and it was super awesome to see how happy she was :)
Well, I can't remember a ton of details from the week, but we did make Chilean bread all by ourselves. We felt pretty accomplished :)
A thought for the week. Even though it can be hard we should all strive to learn to be happy in our circumstances. If we always say "I'll be happy when ________" we'll always be waiting for a happiness that won't come and we'll miss all the experiences we could have had and enjoyed everyday along the way. Choose to be happy! Sometimes it's as simple as that. Look for the good in every situation, and in the hard times remember that it won't last forever. There is ALWAYS a light at the end of the tunnel.
